One of the things that make New York City such an exciting metropolitan destination is its many, many distinct neighborhoods. No two are alike, and no matter which ones you prefer, you have to admit each one has its own charm.
Since I like to spend my free time exploring the different sections of Manhattan (and sometimes Brooklyn), I thought others could also benefit from my adventures – from the best hole-in-the-wall cafés to the lesser known museums – in a new city guide series. We all know how easy it is to get caught up in a routine of going to the same places, or the stereotypical tourist spots (no, I will not go to Serendipity’s again to wait outside for 45 minutes for frozen hot chocolate), so let’s aim to make some new memories. With a city as great as this at our fingertips, we can’t take a moment for granted.
Look forward to some insider’s go-to suggestions and maybe a surprise guest post or two!
